I've been wanting to have a go at this for ages and today I have.
I'd seen a tutorial on how to make a Mummified Fairy, over at the Art Of Darkness. I didn't have a pair of tights or a stocking, so instead I just used very fine tissue paper. I coated the Skeleton and the tissue paper with PVA glue and covered the Skeleton.
Once it had dried I painted it and then dry brushed it to bring out the details.
I found a packet of clip on Butterflies, in my Scrapbook Stash and used one to make the wings. I scraped off as much glitter as I could and then painted over the wings to cover up the rest.
I'm still not sure whether to add Elfin ears, but I'm pleased with how its turned out. Just need to find myself a nice deep frame to stick it in and then I can add some other bits and pieces to go with it..
I've been having a few problems with my computer, don't ask me how, but every message yesterday, ended up in my trash folder and before I noticed what was happening, I'd
